    Maybe. This is not mine, but its not laying and not crowing yet too.

    Is the bird wet in the photo? At first glance, I would say cockerel, but a side-profile photo of it, with dry feathers (if they are indeed wet) would help be sure.

    Its 11 months old, so its probably a rooster. I first time saw this type of chicken. What breed is it?

    I think it is a hen. It's hard to tell when wet though. BUT If she/he is still not laying at that age, than I think it's a rooster.
