this is a pullet right?

    I read on a thread that the females have light feathers on their chests but her face is turning pink. the pic doesn't show how pink she/he is. 9 weeks old ish.

    Yep, female. That coloring is only found on females.

    Pretty little pullet. Sometimes they will "blush" when they have exerted themselves or had some excitement (ie when the human appears to look at them)....I know you say the photo doesn't show the color you are seeing in person, but I am not seeing any real "pinking" up at all.
