This is my first time ever what should I expect?

Ok its day 19 I am leaving hen alone to do her business but she is inside my house, has water with pebbles in it , food .

When I peep in she has her bottom lifted slightly and yesterday I noticed she kept looking under her.
I don't want to bother her in case it will bother the eggs from hatching.
She has been clucking off and on since yesterday and she has let out screaming sounds or squack sounds 2 times.

I also noticed that she has plucked out all her feathers under her is that normal?

The plucking is normal it helps her keep the eggs warm. At this point she might be able to hear the chicks peeping inside the eggs and is probably encouraging them. Good luck!
