This looks wrong

Can anyone tell me what’s going on with her feet? I just got them and it looks like some thing might be dried or crusty on her feet.

Those look like balls of poop, feed, mud, or something of the sort.
I don't think they are an emergency, but it would be better if they came off.

You might be able to soak them off with water, or at least soften them enough to pick them off more easily.
If you do try to pick them off, be careful not to hurt the chick's toes (which are little and fragile.)

Or you could try providing some sand for the chick to scratch in, and see if they wear off over the next few days.

I think I read of one person with quail who used wet sand on occasion, to remove balls like that from the toes. The quail would scratch in the wet sand, soaking and scrubbing their own feet.

Be careful of anything wet with a young chick, because you don't want it to get chilled. For example, if you soak the feet, use water of a comfortable temperature and keep the body dry.
