Somewhere in Tornado Alley......
Can anyone tell me what breed AND gender these two are? I was thinking Cochin (they are bantams) and was thinking they were hens, but I found one of them fighting a bantam roo (will have to post a pic of him tomorrow...don't know what he is either..but he's crowing, so I KNOW he's a roo..lol) so I'm lost now....Thanks for the help..

The one on the right (Fancy Feet) is the one I caught fighting the other roo. The one on the left (Fluffy Feet) acts like a hen. Fancy Feet laid down in the shade today and Fluffy went over and laid down beside Fancy Feet and stretched her/his neck out and laid it on Fancy Feet's neck. They stayed like that for a while. So I don't know. I know neither one of these are crowing, they are very docile, I can walk in the pen and pick either one up. Thanks for your help. I work night shift so I will check back tomorrow. Thanks again!

They both look like bantam partridge Cochin cockerels. Partridge hens look a lot different.

I found a decent pic of all the bantams... The one closest to the fence is Frederick, the dominant rooster. The one immediately behind him (but looks exactly like Frederick) is Mike. He is the one Fancy Feet was attacking today. Mike went over the dividing fence (I have 2 pens with a fence dividing them, but the fence is not all the way up. It's 4 feet high) and was in the big pen when I got up this afternoon. I don't know how long he was in there but Fancy Feet started attacking him after I put him back in the bantam pen. I sat in the pen for 2 hours and Fancy Feet kept trying to go after Mike. I'll post a better pic tomorrow. Thanks.

So I have 2 more roos?

Any idea what the little white and rust colored one is? Please don't tell me that one is a roo also...I was hoping I'd have at least 2 hens out of the 5 bantams I got...

Well, I'm off to get ready for work. Thanks!

The white and red one does look to be a pullet, I'd guess a white laced red Cornish. Frederick and Mike look like dark Cornish cockerels.

Thanks everyone. I am going to wait for them to start crowing and then see about homes for them. I don't think I want to deal with 7 roosters. If Fancy Feet and Fluffy Feet are roos, that would be 4 bantam roos, 1 SLW roo, 1 Silkie roo, and 1 BO roo. That's too many... Thanks again for all the replies.

Once again, BYC'ers have been proven correct!! I heard a crow I had not heard before, walked outside, and there sat Fancy Feet perched on top of the dividing fence, crowing his heart out.

Now to find homes for all these roosters...
