Thoughts on gender of these guys?

I think that you're correct! Roosters tend to get larger and redder combs by 7 weeks of age in my experience.

You're correct on most, but 2 of the white ones are female. How many white ones do you have?

I'm actually thinking only #2 and #3 are boys. Normally I would agree with your guesses, but my cochin bantam rooster developed very, very quicly.
My hen actually reddened up a little around the same age of yours, but her comb only grew and got completely red before she started laying.
I could be wrong of course, but I'm going by what I experienced with my own birds.

I have three white ones, I was a bit unsure to be honest with them!

#4 and #5 both look like pullets to me.
