OK. These chicks hatched on November sixteenth. I'm pretty sure I know what 2 of them are but the third is iffy. Crossbreeding chickens is messy business when it comes to genderizin'

First up is Carl, or Carol? Pretty sure its a boy so we will call him Carl!
Boy?
Black star x Rhode island red or maybe jersey giant. Had two roos at the time

Now I have one more. This is the hard one more me. I have posted this chick on the lazy chicken coops Facebook wall and was told it was a hen. However, it has a longer tail and bumps chests with the bigger one above. I just don't know.
This one I've been calling Penny. Praying its a hen because I love it and don't want to have to choose between it and Carl!
Bantam Cochin x Rhode Island Red
Hen? Roo?

Bye mom!

I think male, female, female.

On the first birds, what breed was the mother and what was the father(s)?

Do you have pictures of the parents? Black star hens aren't barred, those offspring aren't really possible from the combos you have listed, so I'm confused.

I don't have any barred chickens and I read that black stars don't breeds true after the first generation, with them being sex links. So my black stars are rir x barred rock hen. Male black stars are barred however. So the barring skips the first generation and comes back in the second

Last pick of the black stars from like April last year lol. The barred one is a roo named Edd I no longer own
