Three-year old Rhode Island Red Hen acting very sluggish w/strange poo

One of my three year-old reds is acting very sluggish and docile. She looks ready to lay, but hasn't for several days. When I was cleaning her coop this afternoon I noticed her poop was a white liquid with green flecks in it. I lost a hen last week to what I thought was being egg-bound, but now I'm not so sure.

I'm thinking of having my dad take me to town to get some antibiotics, but there is so much good information on this site I thought I would ask other members and see if any of you can help me or give me advice.
