Time eggs can sit before going in incubator

Hi everyone! Need a little help. I ordered some hatching eggs and they have arrived a few days early. I currently have my incubator full and they should be hatching today-friday. The new eggs will arrive today, and I always let shipped eggs sit for 24 hrs before incubating, but will they be fine if they don’t go in until Friday night (another 24hrs)? Any advice? Thanks so much!

I've read letting them sit for 48 hours is OK. I'm in the same boat, so good luck to us!

I am assuming that the eggs were only in transit for a couple days. With most flocks being in their peak laying cycle this time of year. They shipper should be able to provide very fresh eggs. So letting them sit an extra day or two, should not have any detrimental effects. Happy hatching!
