Timing between twice daily oral antibiotic treatment

I have been instructed to give my hen 3 cc of liquid Trimethoprim Sulfate orally twice a day for bumblefoot. I am wondering how long I should wait between doses?

I just kinda divide it with the hours in a day----so twice would be about every 12 hours +/-. 7am---7pm for example.

I agree--every 12 hours to keep the medicine at a good equal level in the bloodstream. That is the way we did it in the hospital--9 and 9, 8 and 8, 7 and 7, whatever your best schedule is.
