Tiny Chicken, any thoughts?

We have 6 chicks, 10 weeks old. This one is and has always been much smaller than the others. She has always done her own thing, doesn't play around with the others and makes a funny squawky noise. Her butt doesn't have any feathers and skin is a little red but poop seems normal. I was worried about crop issues but she seems to mostly empty overnight.

Anything I should do for a tiny chicken? Or is the no feathers around her butt a big deal?

Are the others picking her vent feathers? She looks good. Is she eating and drinking? Are her droppings normal? I would make sure that she is getting enough to eat, or once a day take her aside and give her some wet chicken feed and a bit of cooked egg.

No pecking, eats non-stop, and drinks normally. She used to sleep huddled up with all the other girls then she started roosting at night, none of the others do. Tonight she was sleeping under the ramp they use to climb out of their coop. Maybe she is just different
