Tips and tricks for Salmon Faverolle

We currently have a Salmon Favorelle who is getting picked on by the flock. Total of 9 hens (4 we got last year and the other 5 were another set from a few years ago).

She was 1 of 4 that we got last year, but is the only Salmon Faverolle. She is so sweet and docile. We separated her when we needed her to heal because they pecked at her head and pulled the feathers out (I clean her head and use blue kote to keep the other chickens from constantly pecking it). The poor thing looks like a bald man with a beard.

We separated her from our Barred Plymouth Rock (who seems to be the biggest bully to the 4 chickens we got last year, the other 3 run from her though). She also is the one chicken with the most amount of chicken mites (luckily I handled that situation, thanks to help from here).

Does anyone have any advice?

Tid bits of extra info... they are locked in at night in a rather large coop. Multiple feeders and multiple spots for water. They have plenty of roaming space and the door opens and closes based on the sun (solar panel door). During the day they have access to roam the yard (about 0.5 acres).

Is she still separated?
..and is the separation enclosure within close sight of the rest of the flock?

How "large" is that in feet by feet?
Is there a run too?
Dimensions and pics of your set up(and the bald chicken) would help immensely here.

We stopped separating after her head healed. This has been going on and off since summertime. And we separated her in October last year when her head was injuryed.

The whole encloser is 12 by 10. The enclosed coop inside the chicken run, with the nesting box, is a 4 by 5.

This could be part of the problem, mighty tight space for 9 birds.
Pics of entire enclosure and coop(inside and out)?
