'Tis The Season' Who likes fried green tomatoes?

We've been doing them awhile. Our customers love them. How do you do your's? I just dip mine in buttermilk and them cornmeal. Perfect and not to doughy, just found out onions do great this way as well. I have a parmesan garlic sauce that we use with it and some cheese for a sandwich.
 
Me either, but they are on their way - so maybe in a week or so I will have some green tomatoes to eat with you. Yummm, so good fried and dipped in home made ranch! Geez, now my mouth is watering thinking of them!!!

I've made them with flour and a little salt and pepper all my life. Love them. Prefer them fried in bacon grease.
