to many roosters

I have about 25 chickens and 6 roosters. They are not fighting but my egg production has really suffered for the month since I got them. Do to many roos affect egg production? Thanks

I don't know about actual egg production, but I had that same problem last year and the hens got pretty bedraggled from overbreeding and starting looking for more private places to hang out and lay their eggs. So in that way I ended up with fewer eggs, both because I couldn't find them and also because the "safe" place the hens sought out was within range of my dog, and they didn't make it back to safety.
