    Great job !!!!!!!! Looks just fantastic!!!!!!!!. And dinner is when?????????.

    So tell me more about these shrink bags, we use a vacum sealer, are yours easier to get and use??.

    There are a total of 31. I don't brine before I freeze, like to leave my options open as far as the final product.
