Tomato, veg, herb fertilizer

Chickens have been getting into the garden that I just fertilized. I’m sure they’ve been digging up the ground and they literally ate all the leaves off of my peppers. I’ve posted the ingredients and brand. Chickens are acting fine but I know they are very stoic creatures. I also read that you’re not supposed to eat the eggs? Does this only apply to grass fertilizer?

the bone meal is the main issue - unless sterilized it can carry BSE - but as the one you've used is organic, I'd not worry about it unless they really ate a lot of it. I can't imagine there's much in there that a free range chicken wouldn't come across.
Going forward, you will need to secure your veg patch from them if you want to harvest many veggies.
