Too early to tell a roo? PICTURES

I have 4 week old Welsummers, and boy do they feather out fast. They are supposed to be sexed as day old chicks by their markings. I bought 2 from a local breeder. Females are supposed to have dark eyeliner and a distinct brown "V" on their heads. Both of mine had those marking except one was lighter. The lighter one has grown a HUGE comb compared to this sister:

Here is the sister again...no comb.

Here he is again, on the far back right behind the maran chick. You can spot him as he is the only one with a big comb.

Am I being too premature? I have to return my roos as a city slicker, and don't know when is too early to do so.
 
Very cute but I can't tell. My Wels was easy to tell because she has always been a cute little polite dainty bird. So cute
