Yesterday I inadvertently hit the set up button on my incubator. The temp got up to 102.6 for likely a period of several hours. I noticed it when I got home and reset the temp so now I'm back to just over 99.5. Will that adversely affect the hatch?

Thank you.

No, quick spikes or drops in temps generally don't effect the embryo's. Eggs have mass and it takes hours for their internal temp to reach the outside temp of the incubator. Had your hot temp stayed like that for 8 hours or so, it may have done some damage. But a few hours, probably did little if anything.

Good luck with your hatch! :)

So far 11 of the 25 have hatched and there seems to be no issues at all. Very happy about that. I'm hoping more will be hatching out today.
