I give my 14 week old girls treats every morning. Some veggies and fruit - am I giving them too much too often? Should I not offer them treats everyday and maybe just every other day. When I let them out of the coop in the morning they run right over to their "breakfast dish". They expect it now. Should I cut back?

Treats should only take up 10% of their daily diet. You can give greens all the time though. Keep feeding them treats each day but just not too much.

Thanks, I will offer them daily treats but also make sure they are eating their feed too. I noticed you said you love buff orpingtons - do you have some and if so when do they start laying?

Yes, I love and have buff orps. Mine started laying around 5-7 months old.

So you are saying I have a long wait for eggs LOL - mine are just 3.5 months!
