   I am getting a bit impatient. When will my girls start laying we got them in March so they would be around 3 months old now.

   I have had them lay as early as 16 weeks (4 mos.) but the norm for me has been between 18 and 24 weeks.

   It depends on the breed, but generally around 20 weeks. It's actually better for their bodies to lay later.
