Toulouse goose with lump under throat

I have 2 Toulouse geese . They are ladies I guess by the amount of eggs I get daily. I’ve never had them sexed.
Recently I’ve noticed a lump right behind the bottom beak on the throat. I felt it and there doesn’t appear to be a “ lump” just skin and maybe fat ? They are 4 yrs old .
Anyone have suggestion before we make a very expensive vet visit?

Could be a dewlap forming. If so, perfectly normal. A picture could help.

I’m sorry it’s really blurry because I blew it up from a photo. I wondered about a few lop formingbut I thought it would have formed a long time ago.

Agree the picture is blurry, but it looks like a dewlap to me. I have a few "pet quality" dewlaps that did not start developing dewlaps until 4 yo. So long as it feels like flabby skin and not filled with hard mass or squishy liquid, I would not worry.
