How do you track your egg sales?

I would love to see any spreadsheets, charts, etc. that you all use.

I've been looking for a similar solution for a while. I tried a spreadsheet but would always forget to add to it if I didn't do it right away. I recently tried Square and it is great. It gives you a point of sale on your phone, tablet or computer where you can enter your sales and track payments. It even lets you send an invoice (IOU) if someone is going to pay you later. You can use it to accept credit card swipes for a 2.75% fee, but you don't have to use or even sign up for that feature if you don't want to. You can create items with picture icons and easily tab up a sale just like a fast food register. It even lets you send receipts to customers when they pay. I'll second using Square. It's an easy-to-use register and they have excellent reports from the website.
