Tractor supply Bantams

I got these two bantams straight run from tractor supply. I am fairly certain one is a rooster. Does anybody know what breed they are and can you tell if they are both roosters?

I think that they are Partridge Cochins. The bird on the right in the first photo is a rooster, but the other one is a pullet.

A pullet is good news! I was thinking both would end up being roosters and we can't have roosters where we are. I'm glad to know I will be able to keep at least one of these little ones. Also I have a good home for the rooster already

I agree with Wyandottes7--you have one cockerel, one pullet.
