Can anyone confirm what breeds these chicks are? I know the 2 are light brahmas. One is a golden sebright? And the other 3 I'm not sure. One was supposed to be a bantam but it's not. And 2 were supposed to be americuanas. Thanks!

I think the one is a Gold Laced Wyandotte. The others look like Easter Eggers but it's hard to tell from the picture. It does look like your right about the Light Brahmas.

Thanks! I updated with more pictures. We already have 2 year old Easter Eggers and they look a little different so I wasn't sure.

You have 2 light Brahmas, 3 Easter eggers, and a golden laced sebright!
Thanks! Hopefully I get some blue eggs this time around. It'd be fun and helpful to know who is laying! We have a stinky brown egg layer at the moment and I can almost always identify the egg but not sure who lays it. Do you think the sebright may be a roo? They're about 6 weeks old.

I feel like the sebright is a cockerel. Full grown sebright hens have almost non existent wattles and combs so seeing some wattles and a comb at this age makes me think it’s a cockerel.

In the animal world, it seems like anything 'can' be possible. But a sebright rooster and a brahma hen cozying up would be a sight to behold.

This time of year there's no shortage of rehomed roosters- you may want to grab one from a better egg producing breed if that's your end goal.

But, lacing is a dominant trait so sebright cross chicks could be very pretty.

Thanks! We aren't really planning on having chicks (at least for now) or selling any hatching eggs. We mostly hoped to have a rooster that would help protect the flock and get along well with our family. I know usually some roosters will be good with people and some not. I'm just wondering about the size difference being an issue within the flock.
