Does anyone know if all TSC have the same breeds or does it vary by location? Also, if they have pullets, will they all be of the same breed or will they have different breeds of pullets?

Each store has the potential to have different breeds. The selection you find will depend on a few factors - most receive weekly orders and those orders have more than one breed, but it is not unusual for them to sell out fairly quickly, so it is entirely possible that you might visit a location on a day when there is only one breed of chicks available (or even no chicks at all). Speaking with your local store is a great way to ascertain what day(s) of the weeks they expect to receive chicks on (keeping in mind this is not set in stone) so that you can try to plan to be there on the day(s) you will have the best selection to choose from. Some stores are set up to do their own ordering and can tell you what they plan to have each week (again, this is also subject to change due to the unpredictable nature of hatching which can lead to disparities between what the hatchery thinks they'll have available and what is actually available on shipping day) - while others are more at the mercy of central buyers/orders and are almost as surprised as you by what they get each week.
