Treat Mailbox

    We store our chicken feed and treats in metal bins in a shed to keep out mice etc. The trouble with that of course is that in order to spoil the ladies, one always has to wander over to the shed first - too much of a hassle.

    The mailbox solution has worked like a charm! It looks cute and keeps the treats safe from vermin but always ready to go.

    I have seen mailboxes used to store gardening gloves and a trowel in the garden, but I love your chicken treat idea better! [​IMG]

    Yes, that is a great idea! Now I'll have to figure out how to work it into my setup!
