I have some soy energy blend that contains soy beans,cranberries, sunflower seed, almonds and pumpkin kernels. Is this good or no good to feed my girls?

Soy beans must be cooked to give to chickens. If they are cooked, then all the ingredients are fine. I have given all those successfully to chickens.

Like raisins, they will enjoy the cranberries more if they are soaked in water for about an hour first.
