Treatment plans for chickens

Probably a good idea for anyone staring out to figure out in advance what they will want to do if/when their bird gets sick. Choices as I see it are:

• Take bird to vet
• Euthanize at home
• Research and treat at home
• Do nothing and let nature take it's course

Choosing the correct medication, and that includes wormers, can be tricky, so consulting a vet is *always* the best choice, IMNSHO.
