I see people refer to "treats" in this forum. My chicks are almost three weeks old. What can I give them for treats? Thanks

At 3 weeks old mine loved plain, low-fat yogurt, crushed cheerios, and crickets!
When you start feeding them foods other than their chick starter you need to offer them grit. The kind of grit sold for pet birds in the grocery store works just fine.

You just don't want to give them grit with calcium( or oyster shell) in it, because calcium can harm them at such a young age.
