Very odd! Can you close your browser, open it back up, clear your cache and try again? Also can you PM me and walk me through the exact steps and URLs you were on and exactly what you clicked. Also in the PM include the feeback you're trying to add and I'll see if I can do exactly what you did.

That way I can try to duplicate the issue so we can fix it.
