New duckling arrived today, one is lethargic and not drinking.. please send advice !

Chop some greens extra fine and put in water, dip its bill in the water.

@TrixieDixie , welcome to BYC - sorry to hear about your duckling.

Often when we receive ducklings, especially those who were shipped for a prolonged period, we're going to be dealing with fluids, or electrolyte deficits - this can put them in a weak/lethargic state. A great way to improve their condition is to offer a poultry vitamin/electrolyte or offer them something such as Pedialyte, or even Gatorade. You'll also want to ensure the ducklings stay warm under the heat source.

If the bird has an appetite, warm soupy duckling feed, or mashed scrambled eggs would be a great choice. Hopefully, you see some improvement.
