Trouble WithHard Boiling Eggs-HELP

I have trouble with peeling our hard boiled eggs. The White sticks to the egg shell & makes for an almost impossible removal. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this troublesome problem. Thank you for your suggestions

Age them a few weeks.

Poke a hole with a pin in the bottom.

Some suggest adding baking soda to the water.



I steam mine and they come out pretty good.
