My birds are too small to be worth butchering. I would like to get some that are truly jumbo coturnix. So, who has the biggest birds that I can order eggs from?
Are there any breeders of jumbos that have colors like tuxedo?

You should taste them before you condemn them!
I thought mine were pretty small - but roasted with garlic and rosemary, wrapped in bacon ...
    mmMMMmmm!
worth every nibble off those tiny bones!

I have. I butchered my last batch. They are yummy. I just feel like it's a waste of a life. I hate having to take 4-6 lives just for the main course of a meal for two people.
