So, hubby was sent to TSC 3 weeks ago to buy some chicken food, and surprised me with these 6 little cuties!!!! [IMG] He was told they were all pullets [IMG], but not what breed. Of course, I called to check, and he got the "Americana's", which I know they are really EEs, and I'm fairly sure these were not sexed, but here's hoping he got lucky and got all pullets anyways. To me, I don't see any obvious roos, but it may be too early. They are about 3 weeks+.

#1 Tango (this one is the boss)

    #2 Salsa

    #3 Polka

    #4 Cotton Eyed Jo

    #5 Hokey Pokey

    #6 Soulja Gurl

This is a shot of some of them from the top:

Look like all girls, and Polka looks like she is not an EE(beardless and single comb) possibly golden campine?

It's really too early to tell, but I'm suspicious of Tango and Polka.[IMG] Polka looks definately non EE, and maybe Tango too is she/he has a single comb.

Thanks all!! Never really thought he might have gotten 2 odd balls. Tango and Polka both looked different to me too........ Tango feathered in first, almost within a day! She/he makes me suspicious too! So, anyone else think possibly Golden Campine?? I'm gonna go google it, I've never heard of them and am interested to see........ [IMG]
