Turken Roo X EE Hen

If I hatch some of the fertile eggs from my EE hen (light blue eggs) and Turken Roo, what is the possibility of blue producing babies? Olive?
Also, they will be NN correct?

You might email a user on here named Dipsy Doodle Doo. She has Ameraucanas and Turkens and I think she may have crossed them before (though don't quote me on that, I don't know for sure!). In any case she's very knowledgeable. Her PM box is full, you'd have to email her directly.
