I'm thinking about grinding up a few turkeys that we have left over to make turkey burgers and turkey breakfast sausage. Does anyone have any good recipies? or know of a good site for recipies for this? Thanks.
 
Morning all!! I put up 9 turkeys this fall..the largest was 47lbs dressed. I made over 100 lbs of sausage..breakfast...Italian ...german..Polish..charizo..very wonderful stuff..I did add pork fat from my guinea hog that I saved..added great texture and the fat that was needed to keep the sausage moist...the seasoning I bought from the sausagemaker.com great prices the seasoning are outstanding..and they also sell casings which is a big plus..
