Turkey chick swollen eye

I have a baby turkey that has a swollen eye. There is a small amount of discharge. The down around the eye appears to be scratched off. I rinsed it with a mild saline solution with some herbs soaked in…basil, oregano, lavender.
Any ideas?

Can you post photos?

You can try rinsing with saline, remove pus/discharge, then put an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye to see of that helps resolve the problem.

Does she have any other symptoms like discharge from the nostrils, facial swelling, sneezing, etc.?
Any lice or mites?

No discharge from beak. I can’t hear any wheezing. He can open the eye, but primarily keeps it closed. I don’t see any lice. I’m not sure what mites look like.
