Turkey egg quetion

My turkeys started to lay. This is the first time I've owned turkeys. I built a couple nesting boxes and there using them. Only problem is it still cold here like 20 at night. I want the turkeys to hatch there own eggs should I take the eggs til it gets warmer or just let them be

The information that I have seen is that eggs lose their viability below 27°F. My recommendation is to leave a fake egg in the nest and remove and use the eggs until the weather warms up.
