Turkey eggs hatching

So excited. 2 of the 8 turkey eggs are showing some movement. One has started to peck through shell and another one is moving. I was worried at first, but am anxious now to see the little guys or girls.

I hoping to put some in an incubator soon. I thought my girl was brooding but she seems to have changed her mind. Do you know how I would know if the eggs are still good? They have been outside for over a week. She was adding eggs and then sat for two days. Now she is off them again. She has gone broody on me every year. Just my luck she seems not to want to this year. Any advice would be welcomed.
