I have a 1 year old buff turkey that went broody last year and I want her broody again but to do that she needs to be laying, does anyone know how to get her laying?

Turkeys are seasonal layers. She will start laying when she is ready to.

She is laying now, but she can't fit in the nest boxes so can I get her broody by putting a medium dog create where she lays and make it look hidden???

That may work. The simplest method that I use is to lean a pallet or a wide board up against a wall.
