Turkey hatching tips, please?

Have another batch of (expensive

)turkey eggs coming thru the mail. Last batch of 18 (from 3 different breeders) I had NO hatches. First batch of 9 (from one breeder) I had one hatch, two fully developed that absorbed the yolk sac that didn't hatch, and the rest of them didn't develop properly.

Followed the instructions I got to the letter, raising the humidity the last three days, maintaining the proper temp, etc. Have a digital thermometer, humidity gauge. I use a hova-bator with the fan.

Any suggestions? Would really like to get a good hatch this time

go to the index and scroll down I think thre is a other then chickens place you may post questions there as well as here and see if you get some advice. I dont know anything about turkeys sorry .
