Turkey poult autopsy pics, spotted liver, lumpy cecal sacs

Found dead 5 week old poult in coop this morning.

I decided to autopsy, and found that this poult's liver is spotted:

I also found this fatty blob in a dead-end section of the colon (ceca?) and cut it in half:

He was also pretty skinny, and his intestines were full of bile, which may indicate he hadn't been eating (?).

I found this regarding blackhead:
"Post-Mortem Observations

The classical lesions associated with Histomoniasis are
thickened cecal pouches containing yellowish, firm cores, and
enlarged livers spotted with target-like lesions representing
areas of necrosis, or cell death. While the gross lesions are
usually diagnostic, it is important to confirm the diagnosis
and rule out similar appearing diseases such as salmonellosis
and coccidiosis. "

But our liver has dark blotches, not light ones like in blackhead. I read this elsewhere:

"Large blood clots in the abdomen or hemorrhage and hematoma on the liver are the result of trauma or fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome in chickens, or ruptured aorta in turkeys."

Any one have anything to offer on this?

perhaps the spots are necrosis. with pics that i found online, the white spots were within the liver. blackhead sounds like a conclusion to me

Circular yellow necrotic tissue surrounded with white rings of a turkey liver.

"Here you can see the bullseye decay spots (necrosis) indicative of blackhead"

edited to say maybe it does look like yellow tissue surrounding necrotic spots, rather than just hemorrhages
