turkey swollen head

hello every1
just new to the forum and wondering if any1 would know why my turkey has a swollen head.the swelling is below the eye and runs towards the nose. check ouyt the pics at this addresse http://northernirelandpoultry.webs.com/

Try a search on this site for sinus infections. I don't have turkeys and have never seen this in my chickens, but others have reported swollen heads with sinus infections. Good luck and

Wow! Are those the sinuses? Maybe it's an infection. Can the bird still eat like that?

i have 2 pet turkeys and the other1 is ok. shes really cheerful and happy and can eat and drink ok. but cant see at the best of times. i have been given her antibiotics for 2 weeks and have stopped now because it wasnt helping

Ouch! Looks really uncomfortable! My turkeys, and chickens, had something similiar not too long ago. Tried Duramycin and that didn't do squat. I suggest you try Tylan50 and asap. With my turkeys, since they are larger than the chickens, I gave them 1cc once a day for 3 days and they are back to being wonderful. I suggest if you can start today, do so. Try TSC if you have one in your area

onli with a pair of marans but they are seprate from the rest of my chickens
