After scanning the recipes on and off for a few hours (I'm at work) I am so sick of everyone trying to put a twist on "traditional Thanksgiving dinner." Where's the recipes and list of side dishes for the apparently few of us "young kids" who are having their first Thanksgiving at their house and want to recreate an actual traditional meal no twists involved? I know it's early but I like to be prepared. What is part of your non-twisted-traditional thanksgiving dinner?

Green bean casserole with those crispy onion things on top, made with mushroom or cream of celery soup.

Biscuits or dinner rolls

LOTS of mashed potatoes, stir in sour cream and butter and some black pepper and a little salt, and make three times as much gravy as you think you are going to need.

Cranberry sauce. You can just push it out of the can and slice it.

Peas with little pearl onions in them.

Salad

Potato salad

deviled eggs

pumpkin bread

Pumpkin pie

Chips and dip

Cut fresh carrots, celery, cauliflower and broccoli and ranch dressing, oh and Black Olives
