Turkey won't eat

I have been nursing by turkey back to health since the dog attack couple weeks ago....she is drinking water...but I can't get her to eat. She has lost a lot of weight and I'm afraid she is just going to wither away. Anyone have any ideas on how to get her to eat? I've tried meal worms, scratch, crumble, boiled egg, hot dogs, sweet potato....but she just doesn't eat. Help, after such a long road to back and a even longer road ahead, I hate to see her just wither away.
