turkey's have the runs

I have some young turkey, about 3 months, I have had them a week now. I don't know what they had been fed before, but I have been feeding them medicated turkey food. (the supply store infomred that would be the best until 4 months or so) Anyway, a few of them have the runs, and one of them is pooping jet black. Does anyone know what this could be? I figure eather they have a cold.. or I should change their food... or maybe worms? There are a few that are pooping normal so I don't think its the food.

I forgot to add, I did not give them a heat lamp, but today I put one in incase they do have a cold

It could be the change in feed and/or the stress of moving them.
