Turkeys mating & think spring is here

Any body else up here in the north see there turkeys breeding?

We have some our Wild Eastern Toms starting to breed a few of the hens, however no eggs yet but the hens are laying down for the toms.. Guess spring is here in there eyes..

Our Black Spanish turkeys and our Bourbon Red turkeys have been mating for about 2 weeks now. No eggs yet but we keep checking.
Were in Central Virginia and quite ready for Spring.
At least I am. lol

Hi David, thanks for the input on your turkeys..i couldn't agree with you more, i to am ready..However I'm not looking forward to cutting grass just yet..

Surely our turkeys are ready for spring
