Turning an old shed into a coop

We're in the process of converting an old shed into a coop. Most of the wood is scrap.

We're currently putting a good coating of Varathane Spar Urethane on all the interior wood and the new center post.

There will be double-glazed windows in the upper doors (scrap greenhouse windows) and the lower doors will be screened with the ability to slip in plastic covers for really cold/rainy weather.

We're starting the enclosed run today (about 7' x 35') and will probably post some pictures of it along the way, but runs aren't as interesting as coops.

The coop is mostly scrap materials with some new bits from Home Depot and ACE hardware. The run will have more new materials as we don't have a source for enough scrap lumber and are about out of wire cloth.
