This is my first time hatching eggs.
Turning eggs -Should I keep it consistent everyday or turn more often if I can?
I don't have an automatic egg turner obviously.

I don't have a turner either, I turn 3 times a day.... morning, noon, night.... I try to do it about the same time each day but doesn't always work like that. There have been days that Ive only turned twice and everthing seems to work out ok !!! Good luck !!!!

How amny times have you hatched?

You should make sure the eggs are on a different side each night if that helps.

I turned my eggs twice a day from day 1 to day 18th and hatched out 8 out of 15 eggs. 2 were clear.

I guess my question is that if I can (3 days a week I work from home), should I turn the eggs more than twice?

It's kinda of addictive hatching eggs. But I will wait till fall for my next hatching. It will give me time to look for chicken eggs I really want to hatch.

I think I read somewhere you can turn anywhere from 2-6 times a day.

That's up to you. But 3 times is standard.
