    Good Morning everyone,
Im new to the duck/goose/chicken world, and I have a question, hoping someone has an answer for me.
I have 5 geese and 3 ducks, 1 month old today, I have spoiled these little monkeys rotten, built them a yard with a very large house, it has windows, shingled roof, built in feeders, and put in a preformed pond for them, now they are too big to swim and dive in it, so I would like to take them to my real pond and let them swim in it, are they still too young for that, or do you think they would be okay? My only real concern with doing that is that there are a few turtles in the pond and I dont want them to get bitten or hurt by the turtles. Please help.........

Turtles will take feet and legs right off larger birds and will kill younger birds if they get the chance. At 1 month old they arent feathered enough to be on a large open pond safely. best to keep them in the yard with the safe in ground molded pond you put in.
